The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that the show has a great opportunity to lean into Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) misery and make it even worse. Liam spent years keeping the door open with both Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) so he could waffle between them, but now he’s facing a double rejection.
Despite Liam’s repeated claims that they’re going to find their way back to each other, Steffy seems fully committed to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
That could change sooner or later, but Steffy has no interest in a Liam reunion right now.
Likewise, Hope is fed up with Liam for throwing them away, especially after he never truly gave her all of his heart.
Now Hope is moving on with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), so Liam’s days of keeping her on Steffy standby are over.
Of course, Liam isn’t the kind of guy who typically listens to warnings or accepts rejections when things aren’t going his way.
That’s why Liam’s been declaring that he’s going to reunite with Steffy despite her insistence that they won’t – and it’s why Liam’s still harassing Hope over her new romantic choices, too.
B&B writers really need to take advantage of this rare opportunity since Hope and Steffy are on the same page about not wanting Liam.
Steffy and Hope aren’t fighting over Liam anymore, so maybe they could join forces and take a bold stand against him instead.
It’d be fun if Hope and Steffy could compare notes about some of the things Liam’s been saying.
Liam could get put on full blast for pursuing Steffy so hard while telling Hope that he still loves her as well.
It’d also be nice if the truth about the kisses Liam planted on Steffy could come out.
Hope needs to know that right after Liam caught her making out with Thomas, he immediately found Steffy and pulled her into a steamy smooch.
That was followed by another kiss back in Los Angeles, but Steffy and Liam are keeping a lid on the lip locks so far.
However, Steffy should really come clean to Finn about the kisses at some point – and if she does, she might also admit the news to Hope.
Remember when Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) got their girl power moment for a while?
B&B let Taylor and Brooke take a fierce stand against Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) together since they were both sick of the way he treated them.
Steffy and Hope might get a similar chance to stand against a man who struggles to commit and can’t take no for an answer.
Could Hope and Steffy corner Liam together to truly put him in his place?
