The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) could find themselves at odds down the road. The Forresters have been doing a pretty good job at achieving family unity lately, but that may fall apart soon enough.
For starters, RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) has returned to Los Angeles, so he’s a Forrester who’s got one foot in the Logan clan, too.
Since RJ believes Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) belong together, he’ll approve wholeheartedly when he gets updates on their magical Rome reunion.
Steffy, on the other hand, may feel like Ridge is setting himself up for more anger and heartache.
As far as Steffy’s concerned, Ridge’s attempts to get back together with Brooke are always going to end in disaster.
Steffy has backed off matchmaking, but she’s also made it known to Ridge that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) still loves him.
It may be hard for Steffy to watch Taylor be the love triangle loser again, so that could lead to tension with Ridge and RJ.
Of course, B&B spoilers say the situation with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) could stir up some conflict as well.
Steffy may blame Hope for throwing Thomas’ recovery off track if something sizzling happens between them in Italy.
Ridge will have to be careful about how he navigates all this since he won’t want to drive Brooke away right after he wins her back.
It could lead to some hostility with Steffy depending on how Ridge reacts to Hope crossing the line with Thomas.
It’s easy to see how all this might add up to trouble, especially since Steffy and Ridge need to get along for the sake of their jobs.
Ridge and Steffy are the co-CEOs of Forrester Creations, so they have to be able to work as a team.
Personal problems could spill over into professional territory and make things untenable.
Both Steffy and Ridge care too much about Forrester Creations to let the leadership there suffer, so they might have to make some changes at the helm.
This could lead to a co-CEO feud that ends with one of them stepping down at some point.
That’s especially true since Jacqueline MacInnes Wood will have to take her maternity leave eventually.
Maybe Steffy will take a break from all things Forrester if the family drama becomes too much to bear!
