The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) may be willing to play dirty for the sake of his son. Since Thomas expected to be able to see Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) whenever he wanted, he was livid when he learned that wouldn’t happen.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is standing her ground on prioritizing Douglas, especially since she promised Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) that she’d stay on guard when it came to Thomas.
However, Thomas has made it clear that his wishes won’t be ignored. Steffy is backing Thomas into a corner, which tends to bring out the worst in him.
Instead of focusing on making the necessary changes in his life, Thomas’ sinister side seems to be creeping back up again.
Since things didn’t go Thomas’ way with Judge Gomez (Jill Reyes), he might take some shady steps to get the custody outcome he wants.
It’d be pretty easy to get this version of the custody case thrown out.
Thomas proposed letting Douglas choose between his parents, so all the paperwork was drawn up for Thomas or Hope.
Steffy was never part of any legal documents that Thomas arranged, so he never agreed to this – and Hope didn’t either for that matter.
It would be simple for Thomas to get all that scrapped with a good attorney’s help.
Furthermore, the fact that Douglas chose Steffy could be used to say he wasn’t mature enough to follow instructions and make the decision after all.
Thomas could have his lawyer fight to keep the choice out of Douglas’ hands this time and decide he knows what’s best for him instead.
It’d be smart for B&B writers to have Judge McMullen (Joe Lando) come back into play here.
Thomas knows how to play dirty and get things done, so he might somehow get Judge McMullen assigned to the new custody case.
Judge McMullen has proven that he’s corrupt and makes choices that are in his best interest – not anyone else’s.
Thomas could bribe or perhaps blackmail Judge McMullen to get the ruling he has in mind.
If Judge McMullen can let a dangerous criminal like Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) go free, he could certainly give full custody of Douglas to Thomas.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will deliver some terrible news to Hope during the week of February 27-March 3, so that could involve updates on Thomas’ new court fight.
