The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that concerns could grow about Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) recovery and whether he’ll be able to stay on the right path when it comes to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
Thomas has assured Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that nothing’s going to happen in Rome and has even vowed to buy her a new car or house if he’s wrong.
Unfortunately, Thomas’ confidence is a dead giveaway that something will indeed happen in Rome – something that could change the course of multiple lives forever.
Hope has been trying to convince herself that she’s happy in her marriage to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), but how can she be when all they do is fight over Thomas?
Since Hope recently talked about how you can reach a point in a relationship where old patterns don’t work anymore, she seems to understand the real problem deep down.
Hope has perhaps outgrown her relationship with Liam now that she’s changed as a person.
B&B fans know Thomas has seemingly changed as a person too, but is he capable of having a healthy relationship with Hope after previously being obsessed with her?
That might be something Hope has to decide, especially after her marriage to Liam blows up.
Once that happens, Thomas could easily take advantage of this opening and pounce on Hope knowing she’s single as well as interested.
If Thomas lets his fixation take over again, it could lead to trouble.
Thomas might rush things along by delivering a new marriage proposal to Hope – maybe even before she’s officially divorced.
It’s easy to imagine Thomas getting swept up in the idea of being a united family with Hope since he wanted it for so long. Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) has that same wish, so that could also be a factor here.
Hope could eventually have a moment where she worries she’s unleashed Thomas’ obsessed stalker side.
If Thomas goes to extremes and gets too hasty by popping the question, it could make Hope rethink her romantic feelings and how she’s handled all this.
