The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, December 5, reveal that Thorne Forrester (Winsor Harmon) will respond to a strange invitation. Eric Forrester (John McCook) fears he’s running out of time, so he wants to have his farewell party ASAP and share some final moments with his loved ones.
Of course, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) doesn’t even want to think about losing Eric yet, but she’s trying to respect his wishes and give him some happiness despite her own concerns.
Eric is obviously pretty scared too, but that’s just giving him more motivation to do things that bring him enjoyment – like having this big gala to say goodbye to everyone.
Thorne will certainly be on the guest list, but he’ll be a bit confused by the urgency of it all. It won’t make much sense to Thorne when Eric pressures him to come home right away for this shindig, but Thorne will return to Los Angeles anyway.
Once Thorne arrives, he’ll have plenty of questions for Eric and the others. Eric won’t tell Thorne the truth since he wants to keep his condition under wraps, but Thorne will get updates from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and everyone else in the know later this week.
Next on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Donna will lean on Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) for support in the aftermath of Eric’s latest medical emergency.
Eric refused to go to the hospital despite collapsing and losing consciousness, so it’s easy to see why Donna’s so worried!
Donna will deliver news about Eric’s incident and leave her sisters fearful about how stubborn Eric is being, especially when it comes to this gala. Eric needs to rest and try to keep his strength up, but he’s pushing himself beyond his limitations instead.
Although Donna, Katie and Brooke will all fret over Eric rushing himself toward his demise, they’ll also understand his need to say goodbye in advance. Even if the siblings would rather see Eric relax right now, this is something that’ll bring him comfort and closure.
