The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, May 23, tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will have a lot on his mind after his latest conversation with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), who filled him in on Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) lingering concerns.
Hope was desperate to explain the harsh comments she made and smooth things over, but there’ll be some consequences in the aftermath.
Once Thomas updates Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and spills Brooke’s true feelings, Taylor will realize her bestie hasn’t been all that honest with her.
Based on what Thomas shares, Taylor will feel like Brooke isn’t really giving him a second chance after all.
Of course, honesty is something Taylor values a great deal, so she won’t be happy about Brooke hiding the depth of her trust issues.
Taylor knows that Brooke is still a bit wary, but she thought they were making progress.
Instead, Taylor will feel like Brooke’s been harassing Hope and trying to plant doubts in her mind about Thomas’ recovery.
Brooke’s friendship with Taylor will take a hit, but she’ll do her best to repair the damage within the next couple episodes.
Until then, B&B spoilers say Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will agree with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), who pushed Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to reciprocate the effort that Hope’s been putting into their marriage.
Liam realized Wyatt was right and resolved to show Hope that he trusted her, so he’ll move forward with some romantic plans.
Bill will think Liam’s got the right idea and will urge his son to never lose sight of how much Hope means to him.
However, Liam doesn’t have the whole story since he doesn’t realize exactly why Hope’s been overcompensating.
Hope’s hiding how she really feels about Thomas, so that adds a complicated layer that Liam doesn’t understand just yet.
Liam will prepare to dote on Hope and trust all the advice he’s been getting, but more trouble’s on the way!
