The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wednesday, February 15 Recap – Finn Doesn’t Want Douglas, Warns Steffy of Hope & Thomas Feud

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, February 15, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) got updates from Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and struggled to understand why Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) wanted to live with them when he already had devoted parents.

Steffy realized this news was shocking – and she could tell Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) was devastated by Douglas’ decision.

Even so, Steffy knew there must’ve been a reason why Douglas didn’t choose Hope and her gut was saying to trust that.

Finn understood that it was a tricky situation, but he worried about putting their family in the middle of Hope and Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) feud.

After everything they’d been through, Finn didn’t want to disrupt their own family with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris) again.

Although Douglas was a sweet little boy, Finn pointed out that he wasn’t their son and wasn’t alone in the world.

Thomas wasn’t a perfect father, but Finn insisted that Hope and Liam more than made up for that.

Later, Finn stared out the window and thought back to a romantic moment with Steffy in Monaco.

When Steffy returned from making sure the kids were asleep, she said maybe Douglas needed a break.

Steffy urged Finn to consider letting Douglas to live with them temporarily since he’d want to go back home to the cabin soon.

After Steffy asked if Finn was willing to open up their family to Douglas for a little while, she said Douglas could go home when he wanted to.

Steffy suggested they could meet with the judge again to straighten everything out and added that she wasn’t saying Douglas would live with them permanently.

Finn still seemed a little uneasy, but Steffy said they didn’t have to decide tonight and could take some time to think it over.

However, Steffy was sure Finn had room in his generous heart for Douglas and pulled her husband into a hug.

At the cabin on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Hope questioned why Douglas would choose Steffy and blamed herself for all this.

Although Hope regretted letting a little boy choose his own guardian, Liam said Thomas was the one who pushed for that.

Plus, Hope and Liam had a good reason to think Douglas would choose them after what he said the night before.

Liam assured Hope that Steffy just didn’t want Douglas to feel rejected and that this arrangement wouldn’t be permanent.

Hope feared Douglas wouldn’t ever want to come home and felt like their family was getting torn apart.

Liam tried his best to comfort Hope, but he also felt they needed to let this happen.

Since they told Douglas that they’d trust his decision, the kid might never trust them again if they reneged on that now.

Liam thought that Douglas would have a mini vacation at Steffy’s place and enjoy party time, but he’d get homesick and want to come back in a few weeks.

Hope worried about making assumptions when it came to what Douglas would choose since that just backfired on them with the judge.

After Hope reflected on Douglas being her child in every way that counted, she said Douglas was their son and added that she couldn’t lose him.

Liam embraced Hope as she tried to cope with all her heartache.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will have to adapt to some big changes, so stick with the CBS soap.
