The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, October 4, indicate that Dr. Colin Colby (Justiin Davis) will have some difficult news to pass along. Dr. Colby just made a house call to the Forrester mansion, so Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) are eager to find out what the latest test results revealed.
Unfortunately, Dr. Colby won’t have positive updates. Instead, the doc will share some crushing results instead and leave Donna concerned along with Eric.
It’s clear that Eric’s condition is far more serious than arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, which are some of the excuses Eric’s been using in his conversations with RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman).
Although Donna tried to stay upbeat before Dr. Colby’s arrival, she’ll break down in tears after his bad news and admit to Eric that she’s really getting scared.
It sounds like Dr. Colby will reveal his thoughts on Eric’s diagnosis – though more follow-up tests could be needed for confirmation.
Whatever the case, Eric will hide a secret from Donna later this week, so he may get even worse news eventually and try to spare her from more pain – at least as long as he can.
Of course, it’s also possible Eric will come up with a romantic surprise for Donna to serve as a distraction.
Either way, Donna will be deeply worried about Eric and the possibility that she might lose him forever.
Meanwhile, Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) will decide to open up to RJ since he was willing to trust her with the truth about Eric’s declining condition.
Although Luna’s a pretty secretive person, she’ll confide a piece of her past and draw RJ closer.
Luna will tell RJ one of the secrets she’s been keeping, so that’ll strengthen their connection.
Other Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Taylor Hale will make an appearance as MacKenzie the model, so look for Big Brother Season 24’s winner and America’s Favorite Houseguest to pop up in Wednesday’s B&B episode.
MacKenzie will show off some of Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) new designs before he talks to Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) about Eric and his growing concerns about what he’s hiding.
Ridge will move forward with plans for the fashion challenge, but he’ll still hope to get to the bottom of Eric’s issues and find common ground eventually.
