The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that things are feeling ominous on the CBS soap. That’s especially true since Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is obsessing over Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and the obstacle she’s creating.
When John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) hugged Sheila back and later expressed his gratitude over Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras McKinlay) rescue, he gave his birth mom hope.
That’s a risky thing to give someone like Sheila since she’s such a wildcard.
Sheila has made some horrible moves in the past, but she always acts like they were accidents or mistakes.
Although Sheila likes to pretend she’s a changed woman, even Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) can see some shades of classic Sheila bubbling up.
Sheila has proven time and time again that she’s dangerous when she’s pushed to her breaking point.
That’s important to keep in mind, particularly now that Sheila has decided Steffy is the only thing hindering her bond with Finn.
In Sheila’s mind, she’d have a wonderful relationship with Finn if it weren’t for Steffy’s judgment and demands.
Sheila feels like if Steffy were gone, then she’d be free to connect with Finn and make her wildest dreams come true.
Of course, that means it’s probably just a matter of time until Sheila indeed tries to eliminate Steffy.
This also lines up with B&B spoilers for the week of September 4-8, which indicate that Steffy will land in danger.
Even if Sheila doesn’t set out to do something as extreme as fire at Steffy in an alley, she could be pushed that far eventually.
Sheila is unpredictable and tends to commit more crimes every time she manages to avoid a prison sentence.
It’s easy to imagine Sheila crossing paths with Steffy or seeking her out to get through to her.
When that doesn’t work, Sheila might lose her temper and go after Steffy physically in some way.
There’s a chance Sheila might cause a fall and head injury for Steffy. With Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s maternity coming up, Steffy’s coma exit might be an interesting way to go.
It’d allow Steffy to be kept on ice for a while, so her loved ones could be forced to wait and worry about whether she’d wake up.
Steffy could indeed awaken down the road, but having her comatose would stir up plenty of conflict for Finn and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in the meantime.
Both Liam and Finn feel obligated to protect Steffy, but can they stop Sheila once she’s spiraling out of control?
