The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, April 7, teases that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will panic over her recent Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) fantasy and cling to what she knows.
Hope is feeling unsettled by her complicated feelings for Thomas, so she’ll focus on her marriage to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and hope she can reconnect with him.
Of course, Hope will know she’ll have a fight on her hands after the way Liam lashed out at the office.
Liam was furious over the compromising position he found Hope and Thomas in.
Even after Hope explained that it was an innocent accident, Liam ranted about how Thomas couldn’t be trusted.
Things got pretty heated before Liam stomped off, so Hope will consider this a marriage emergency.
Since now’s not a great time to have dinner with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Hope will bail on the plans she made with them.
Instead, Hope will throw all her attention into a romantic setup.
We’ll see Hope do her best to butter Liam up and make him believe her working relationship with Thomas won’t be a problem.
Liam and Hope will share a sizzling kiss, but that won’t be the end of the Thomas drama.
Although Hope’s romantic gesture will help for the night, it won’t take care of Liam’s growing fears about her partnership.
When Ridge shows up at Brooke’s place, he’ll be taken aback to learn Hope canceled so she could spend the evening alone with Liam.
That means Brooke and Ridge will be spending the evening alone as well, but Ridge certainly won’t complain.
B&B spoilers say Ridge and Brooke will think back on some of the memories they’ve made over the years, so that could bring some flying sparks.
Even so, Brooke will eventually call it a night and head to bed by herself.
When Thomas and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) find out Ridge is having dinner over at Brooke’s house, they’ll worry this is the start of a “Bridge” reunion.
Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will downplay that possibility and insist Ridge is attending a family thing, but she obviously won’t be in the loop on Hope’s unexpected cancelation.
Will Taylor change her tune once she gets updates on Brooke and Ridge’s one-on-one time?
