The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, August 7, indicates that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will just keep digging a bigger hole for himself.
There’s nothing Finn could say or do to justify his actions to Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), who doesn’t blame Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for walking out on her husband.
Now isn’t the time to coddle Finn or throw him a pity party.
Instead, Li will take a far harsher stance and push him to see that there’s a price to pay for having Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) around.
Li may hope Steffy’s decision to separate gives Finn a reality check. Finn needs to win Steffy’s trust again, but that won’t be easy – especially with Sheila more excited than ever about bonding with him.
Of course, Finn will play the blame game a bit and insist Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is the real problem in his eyes.
Since Liam ran straight to Steffy with a courthouse hug video, Finn will think his agenda is obvious – and that can only lead to bad news.
There’s no denying that Liam wants to reunite with Steffy, but that doesn’t erase Finn’s dangerous behavior lately. Li will point that out to Finn as she continues taking the tough love approach.
While Li pushes Finn to put his family first and truly shut Sheila out, Liam will have nothing but praise for Steffy at the Forrester mansion.
It took some courage for Steffy to leave the man she loves, but she can’t rely on Finn’s protection anymore.
Liam will back up Steffy’s decision to move out of the cliff house with the children since Finn was putting them at risk.
B&B fans can expect Liam to strengthen his bond with Steffy, who’ll get yet another heartfelt promise from him.
Liam will want Steffy to remember that he loves her forever and will never let any harm come to her, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) or Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks).
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will plan to do whatever it takes to stand against Sheila and even Finn, so stay tuned for updates on the feud that’s brewing.
