The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Thursday, March 23, teases that Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) will launch another Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) outburst. From where Stephen’s standing, it seems like Ridge has left his loved ones to fend for themselves against lunatic Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
However, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) mentioned that Ridge was working on something important that affected his whole family.
Although Brooke doesn’t know the details, she’ll trust that Ridge knows what he’s doing and will return when he’s ready.
Of course, Stephen will think Brooke’s giving Ridge too much credit, especially considering all the pain he put her through.
Despite Stephen’s growing Ridge rage, Brooke will defend her ex’s decision to stay away for now and trust that it’ll all make sense eventually.
Part of Stephen may be tempted to call Ridge back at give him another earful, but Brooke and Lucy (Linda Purl) may insist Stephen should let it go.
When Ridge has more to say, Brooke will feel confident that he’ll offer updates.
Meanwhile, Ridge will battle doubts about Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) ability to sell this marriage proposal and convince Sheila to become his wife.
Although Bill doesn’t truly intend to take Sheila to the altar, he needs her to believe their love’s going to last forever.
Bill popped the question using the engagement ring he just bought, but Sheila may hesitate when it comes to accepting it.
That could add to Ridge’s worries and leave him fearing Bill might’ve pushed too hard, too fast.
Nevertheless, Sheila is counting on Bill to keep her a free woman, so she may feel taking the ring is the right call.
Perhaps Sheila will agree to marry Bill and dash off under the guise of making wedding plans.
Next on Thursday’s B&B episode, Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) will be on duty at Il Giardino, where Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) may seek info on Hollis’ failed date with Brooke.
Hollis may also push Deacon to divulge the scoop on his own dating life, but Deacon obviously can’t spill anything about Sheila.
Despite Deacon’s best efforts to steer clear of her, he always finds reasons to keep Sheila in his orbit.
Sheila will ultimately reach out to Deacon with a confession about Bill’s engagement ring, so he’ll reel over this speedy proposal news.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Deacon and Sheila will have a lot to mull over, so this could lead to Sheila questioning Bill’s motives and sincerity.
