The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, April 12, teases that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will remain incredibly proud of Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) for his dedication to being a better father, son, brother, friend and man in general.
Although Taylor is thrilled over the progress Thomas is making in therapy, she’s also battling some guilt about the past.
It seems that’s why Taylor will approach Thomas and confess her regrets on Wednesday’s B&B episode.
Taylor will open up to Thomas about her mistakes and offer a sincere apology.
Since Taylor thought she could be the one to treat Thomas during his previous struggles, she may apologize for her poor judgment and wish she’d sent her son to another therapist sooner.
Of course, Taylor adores Thomas, but that was always part of the problem.
Due to their mother-son bond, Taylor couldn’t be objective when it came to Thomas’ treatment and coming through with the help that he really needed.
Even so, Taylor has always supported Thomas, so he may thank his mom for never turning her back on him.
Thomas certainly won’t blame Taylor for anything and should continue showing signs of growth by taking responsibility for his own actions.
You can’t help someone who doesn’t genuinely want to change, but things are different now that Thomas is truly improving himself and staying on a positive road in every area of his life.
At least that’s what Thomas claims!
Unfortunately, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) only sees Thomas as a better liar, so he’s predicting bad news if this partnership with Hope continues.
From Liam’s perspective, Thomas is just getting better at manipulating people and finding new ways to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes, especially Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle).
That’s why Liam will plot his next move to protect Hope soon enough.
Liam will dwell on the threat Thomas poses and will decide to fill Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in on his fears in the coming episodes.
Until then, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will try to get Hope to open up about her true feelings for Thomas.
Hope is obviously feeling more than friendly toward Thomas these days, but she may keep hiding those stirrings and urge Brooke to drop the subject.
