The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, June 7, reveals that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will keep pushing Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to believe in their destiny again, but Ridge seems pretty jaded at this point.
Although Ridge will always love Brooke, he may dismiss the idea of a reunion bringing them lasting happiness.
After all, Brooke and Ridge have tried getting back together time and time again, but it always ends in more heartbreak eventually.
Despite Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) insistence that Brooke is his son’s true love, Ridge may worry that’s not enough.
The latest fight between Brooke and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) may serve as a wake-up call to Ridge about the turmoil he always sets in motion.
Regardless, Brooke is ready to discuss their future again, but Ridge doesn’t seem eager to grant any romantic wishes.
It looks like Brooke’s mission to push them together again will fail for now, especially since Ridge still needs to hear Taylor’s version of events.
Of course, Taylor will defend her actions and try to make Ridge see that she wasn’t trying to cause Brooke pain.
In Taylor’s mind, she thought Brooke could be happy with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) again while she enjoyed her own reunion with Ridge.
Taylor will acknowledge that her matchmaking attempt had a purpose that benefited her, she’ll deny being as cold and calculating as Brooke’s making her out to be.
Brooke technically broke the pact first, so Taylor won’t see why her former friend is trying to put all the blame on her.
Ridge will feel responsible for all tension that’s boiled over in Taylor and Brooke’s relationship, so he’ll deal with some remorse over the past and wonder how to promote peace.
Brooke and Ridge are still on the road to a reunion once this Italy trip plays out, but there’ll be some tricky news and other bumps to contend with first.
Other B&B spoilers say Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will sound the Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) alarm to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), but Hope will insist her husband can cope with them taking a business trip – even to somewhere as wonderful as Rome.
Despite Thomas’ fear that Liam will flip out, Hope will feel like everything’s under control.
Now that Taylor and Brooke are clashing, Hope certainly won’t want the added stress of Liam going ballistic.
Alas, that’s what Liam always does when Hope and Thomas are forced to spend too much private time together.
The fact that Thomas and Hope will be doing it in lovely Italy will make matters even worse!
