The Young and the Restless Next 2 Weeks: Criminal’s Punishment, Wild Discoveries, Urgent News and Fierce Faceoffs

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, August 7 to August 18, reveal that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will lash out at Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) for a careless mistake of the past.

During the week of August 7-11, Tucker will hold Audra responsible for screwing up and letting leverage land in Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) hands.

Since Audra’s emails alerted Adam to the buried recording artist scandal, Tucker will push her to fix this.

Adam will meet with Audra next and demand her help in folding Newman Media into the merger he’s now part of.

That’ll force Audra to seek backup from Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), who’ll have to choose how much to reveal to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heine).

Audra will hope Victoria can talk Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) into siding with Adam, but she’ll need Nate’s help to set that plan in motion.

Over with Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), she’ll play hardball with Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) by threatening to have her removed from Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) case for prosecutorial misconduct.

However, Phyllis will ultimately decide she’s on board with a plea deal if it keeps Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) out of prison.

Once Phyllis goes before the judge, she’ll make an impassioned speech about the fear she felt when Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) threatened her.

Phyllis will express regret over her actions and beg the judge to let her remain free to do community service as well as fix things with her family.

Lily Brooks O’Briant will return to Y&R as Lucy Romalotti, so she’ll share scenes with Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) as well as Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) once they run into her at the park.

That should be a nice distraction ahead of Phyllis’ sentencing, but the moment of truth will eventually arrive.

Phyllis will learn what the judge has decided and will indeed pay for her crimes in some way. It’s just a matter of how harsh that punishment will be!

It looks like Christine’s impulsive choice will be a factor in how all this goes down, so we’ll we how things play out for Phyllis in the end.

As for Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier), she’ll get another pep talk from Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) as she tries to embrace the idea of a new beginning.

Next, Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will seek Diane Jenkins-Abbott’s (Susan Walters) support when it comes to helping Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) reach a truce with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).

Nevertheless, Abby will still find herself in the middle of a major sibling showdown that’s threatening to spill out of control.

The good news is Ashley and Jack will indeed make some version of peace in time for her wedding to Tucker.

The bad news is both Jack and Ashley will still be scheming behind each other’s backs!

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will tackle a new job, but will he stay in Jack’s corner or let himself become Ashley’s true ally instead?

Back with Diane, she’ll cross paths with Audra at the coffeehouse, so that’ll bring a grilling session.

Diane will want answers about Audra’s romance with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and what exactly her intentions are.

During the week of August 14-18, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will discover something that shocks him.

That could involve Kyle’s bedroom betrayals with Audra and the fact that he moved on from Summer so quickly.

Then again, there might be some other shocker for Nick to uncover, so it’ll be interesting to see what he finds.

In the meantime, Jack will work out a deal with someone.

Will that involve making another bold move without Ashley’s knowledge or could the deal be with Ashley herself?

Regardless, Jack will need to keep his guard up since Ashley definitely can’t be trusted right now.

Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will work on a power play, so he’ll once again prove that he’s in charge.

Across town, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will face some startling news.

Will Chelsea get updates on something that sends her out of town due to Egan’s maternity leave?

Whether this involves overseas Marchetti business or perhaps an ailing Anita Lawson (Catherine Bach), Chelsea might have to make a speedy temporary exit from Genoa City.

The next two weeks will bring some unexpected moments and tight spots, so stay tuned!
