The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 16 reveal that a new preview video has been released. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is seen but not heard. Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) reports that Victor is fading much faster than he ever imagined.
Nick tells his loved ones that they need to do whatever it takes to get Victor the help he needs. It sounds like Victor’s plan is working, but what happens when the truth comes out?

Y&R spoilers for the week of October 16 reveal that the Newman family and empire are in crisis. Victor is fed up with his children constantly bickering, manipulating and creating chaos.
It isn’t just affecting the family but the group of companies that the Newmans own. This led to Victor taking drastic action.
Y&R Spoilers: Victor Newman’s Seeds
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) was the first to suspect something was wrong with Victor. However, that coincided with Victoria’s demotion.
Then, Victor called Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) by the wrong name. That led to Victoria begging Nick to speak with their father.
Even though Victoria has asked Nick this before, there was a clear pleading in her eyes this time. What Nick discovers will alarm him, though.
Nick Newman’s Alarming Bombshell
The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 16 reveal that the preview video features what Nick determines about Victor.
Nick rushes over to meet with Victoria and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
As the two women listen, Nick blurts out that Victor is fading fast. Nick adds that it’s happening much faster than he ever could have expected.
As Nikki looks shocked, Victoria says that this news about Victor is much worse than she imagined.
Now, Nikki knows that Victor is up to something, but he wouldn’t tell her the details.
Will Nikki suspect Victor’s cruel mind game? Or will she end up just as bamboozled as the rest of the Newman family?

In the final scene in the weekly preview promo, Nick says that they have to do whatever it takes to help Victor.
While Victor’s plan might be to have all the children unite together, what happens when the truth comes out?
Is Victor’s scheme even forgivable? Some fans don’t think so! Fans will just have to stay tuned to find out.
