The Young and the Restless Preview: Week of April 17 – Tucker Threatens to Leave GC – Michael Represents Diane After All

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers video preview for the week of April 17-21 teases that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will get fed up with all the roadblocks. Although Tucker was hoping that the universe was finally working in his favor, he’ll be ready to throw in the towel completely soon enough.

It looks like Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will push Tucker away one time too many.

Between Ashley constantly blocking his efforts to win her over and Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) decision to turn down his offer, Tucker will finally surrender.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will deliver a rather irresistible proposal, so Tucker will apparently feel like selling McCall Unlimited to him is his best option.

Ashley may object to Tucker giving up on selling to Devon, but he won’t know how much rejection he’s supposed to take.

“I’m gonna sell my company and I’m gonna leave this town!” Tucker declares angrily in Y&R’s weekly preview video.

Ashley will call Tucker out for threatening her, but Tucker may wonder why Ashley should care since she’s playing games instead of accepting they’re meant to be together.

However, Ashley seems closer to a breakthrough than Tucker thinks, so they should face a turning point that ultimately convinces him to stay.

In the meantime, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have a conversation with Victor and point out that his father’s been left out of the loop.

It turns out Adam will admit that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is having his baby – and he’ll let Victor know he’s still in love with her, too.

At Society, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will meet with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and admit he got a call from Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) last night asking him to represent Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).

Although Michael previously turned down the chance to serve as Diane’s attorney, he’ll begin to have second thoughts about that decision.

Nikki will argue that Michael can’t defend the woman who killed one of his best friends, but Michael won’t be so sure that’s true.

By then, Michael may come around to Jack’s way of thinking and agree that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) must be framing Diane for Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) murder.

The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Michael will become Diane’s lawyer after all, so she should get updates on the good news eventually.
