The Young and the Restless Recap: Monday, May 1 – Elena Plots Revenge While Nate Cheats with Victoria

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Monday, May 1, teases that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will grab a café table at the hotel and text Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) so she can join him.

After Victoria primps in the mirror, she’ll head down and do some strategizing with Nate ahead of all their meetings.

Once they do plenty of flirting, Victoria will invite Nate to come check out a copy of a book in her suite.

Moments later, Nate will strip down with Victoria and hit the sheets with her. As Victoria canoodles with him in the aftermath, Nate will have a guilty expression as he looks over in the mirror.

At Crimson Lights, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will gush to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) about Nate promising a romantic getaway when he gets back from his Los Angeles trip.

After Elena talks about how sweet Nate’s been, she’ll feel like she’s finally in a place where she can trust him.

Audra will get confirmation that Nate said he was traveling alone, so she’ll alert Elena to the news that he actually went with Victoria.

Once Audra calls Nate an “ass” and rants about his treatment of his girlfriend, Elena will push her to stop.

Audra will settle down, but she’ll still think Nate is a cheating liar and urge Elena not to blame herself.

Elena will wonder if Nate has been sleeping with Victoria all along or if that’s the point of this trip.

Regardless, Nate lied to Elena, so she’ll feel like she should’ve known he’d betray her after betraying his own family.

Audra will ask what Elena’s going to do, so Elena will make it clear that she won’t sit back and do nothing.

After the wheels start turning on Monday’s Y&R episode, Elena will think it’s time to find J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill).

At the Abbott house, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will warn Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) to get up earlier if he wants to make her breakfast in bed and will leave him stuck holding a tray alone.

After Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) appears, he’ll lash out over Tucker’s presence and insist Ashley’s only doing this to add to his misery.

Tucker will act like not everything is about Jack and will insist that he’s changed.

After Tucker admits he doesn’t think Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is entirely responsible for Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) death, Jack will note that he doesn’t care about Tucker’s opinion and will add that he’d better not hurt Ashley again.

At Jabot, Ashley will complain to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) about the PR crisis since their CEO is engaged to an accused murderer.

After Ashley suggests things are only going to get worse once the trial starts, she’ll think it’s time to intervene.

Ashley will declare that they need to convene the board and contain Jack, but Billy will call out her attempt to stage a coup.

Once Billy warns they’re not going to force Jack from his CEO spot, Ashley will gripe about Jack’s obsession with Diane and contend that he must be stopped.

That’ll lead to Billy assuming this feud involves a “hell of a lot more than business.”

Ashley will rant about Jack trying to kick her out of the house so many times, but she’ll deny being after revenge – though she’ll admit it might look that way since she just invited Tucker to move in.

After Bill complains about what a horrible person Tucker is, Ashley will concentrate on Diane and warn that she could become queen of everything if they don’t intervene.

At Society, Jack will meet with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), who’ll point out that he has shady methods of getting his hands on Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) phone records and security footage to trace his movements.

Jack will approve of Michael doing whatever he has to do, but Michael will warn that it’s tough to pin a murder on a dead man.

The focus will need to be on the fabricated evidence, so a lot will depend on the answers they find.

Jack will think they’ve only begun to scratch the surface of what happened to Phyllis and will try to ignore Ashley when she puts on a romantic show with Tucker nearby.

After Jack points out that all his time and energy must be saved for Diane, he’ll tell Michael that he wants to make sure this never goes to trial.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Michael will do his part to score the info that Jack needs, so stay tuned for updates on his next steps.
