The Young and the Restless Recap: Thursday, March 30 – Phyllis Collapses with Weak Pulse – Jeremy Drops Marriage Bomb

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 30, teases that Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will convince Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) to hear Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) out before excusing herself.

Devon will take Amanda back to the bar, where he’ll admit he dropped the lawsuit and patched things up with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).

After Devon talks about the regrettable decisions that he’s made, Amanda will snap about him ripping her heart out on his journey of self-discovery.

Although Devon won’t expect Amanda to forgive him for betraying her, he’ll want her to know that he’s profoundly sorry.

Lily will join Devon as he tries to make peace with Amanda, but they’ll join the drama happening in the lounge soon after.

Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will make a huge scene at the party, but Danny Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will try to intervene.

Phyllis will insist that Danny knows she’s changed and will act like Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is the problem.

After Phyllis talks about Diane abandoning Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and getting a pass, she’ll insist she’d sacrifice everything and lay down her life for her own children.

As Phyllis rants at Diane, she’ll start to sway and will ultimately collapse.

Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will rush to Phyllis’ aid as they try to figure out what’s wrong with her.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will realize they need a doctor, so she’ll summon Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) to the lounge.

Elena will insist that the EMTs need to hurry since she’ll barely be able to feel a pulse.

Phyllis’ breathing will also be shallow, so Nate and Elena will want to get her to the hospital ASAP.

Nate won’t smell alcohol on Phyllis’ breath, so he won’t think she was drinking.

Phyllis also won’t have any allergies or be on any medications as far as Summer knows.

When Nate wonders if anything might’ve prompted this, Kyle will point out that Phyllis was ranting about Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) engagement announcement when she passed out.

Both Summer and Daniel will be upset over pushing Phyllis away.

It’ll leave Daniel and Summer worried they won’t get a chance to make things right, but they’ll get reassurance from their loved ones.

After Summer decides to ride in the ambulance with Daniel, Kyle will promise to meet her at the hospital.

In the midst of all this, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will tell Victoria that Nate is a man of many talents, so Victoria will seem annoyed with her.

Leanna Love (Barbara Crampton) will also fish for information about this whole ordeal, but Victoria will tell her to “go to hell.”

Once EMT Carson (Walter Belenky) gets Phyllis on a gurney, Diane will notice her engagement ring is in Phyllis’ hand.

After Diane mentions it to Jack, he’ll flash back and realize Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) must’ve pickpocketed it earlier.

Diane will be confused about why Jeremy would take her ring and give it to Phyllis, but Jack will act like anything’s possible with those two.

Although Diane will take her ring back as discreetly as possible, EMT Carson will still notice and raise an eyebrow at her.

When Jeremy appears, he’ll demand answers about what happened and will call Phyllis “my love” as he kneels down next to her.

Jeremy will assure Phyllis that she’s going to be fine and will vow to be there every step of the way.

Although Jeremy won’t be allowed in the ambulance, he’ll refuse to let anyone keep him from the hospital.

Kyle will try to get Jeremy to back off since this isn’t his business, but Jeremy will deliver some shocking updates.

“Once I get my answers, I will be right by my wife’s side,” Jeremy will insist.

Jeremy will add that Phyllis became Mrs. Stark three days ago and will contend that they had planned to announce their marriage tonight.

Everyone at the party will seem skeptical, but Jeremy will act like they were outsiders who connected since everyone turned against Phyllis.

Plus, Jeremy will claim that Phyllis was afraid of Diane and wanted protection.

After Jeremy suggests Phyllis’ fears were warranted, he’ll push Diane to reveal what she did to Phyllis.

At Crimson Lights, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will lurk in the patio doorway after Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) show up with cheeseburgers from a fast-food drive-thru.

Once Adam gets busted, he’ll admit he followed Sally because he saw her touch her stomach and leave abruptly.

Now Adam will see that there was no need for alarm, so he’ll offer to go.

Sally will suggest Adam can stay if he wants since they need to start figuring out a path to normal.

Nick will act annoyed over Adam’s stalking, but he’ll change his tune once Summer texts her dad to meet her at the hospital.

Since Nick will have to rush off, he’ll ask Adam to make sure Sally gets home OK.

Adam will end up sitting with Sally while she eats her burger and fries, which she’ll put hot sauce on just like Adam remembered.

Adam will also draw Sally’s attention to some hot sauce on her lip, so she’ll wipe it off as they share an uncomfortable yet charged moment.

Sally will think they need to do something about this awkwardness since they’re going to be in each other’s lives forever.

At the Abbott house, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will defend Diane a bit and act like maybe the love she shares with Jack is the real deal.

Since Jack and Diane got a second chance, Tucker will hope that he can have one with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), too.

Ashley won’t think the situations are the same and will be weary since Jack isn’t listening to her.

After Tucker points out that Ashley’s repeated warnings aren’t working, he’ll think Ashley needs to try action instead.

Tucker will urge Ashley to do something to shake Jack up and give him a punch between the eyes, so Ashley will wonder what he’d suggest.

“Marry me,” Tucker will insist on Thursday’s Y&R episode.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Tucker will keep fighting for a future with Ashley, so stay tuned to see if any engagement news is brewing.
