The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Tuesday, December 12, reveals that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will speak with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), who’ll stress the importance of selling her half of Glacade to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and using it against him.
At the GCAC, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will have breakfast with Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters), who’ll urge him to earn Tucker’s trust by seeking his advice and showing devotion. That way, Kyle can find out Tucker’s true intentions for Glacade.
Meanwhile, Tucker will visit Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) in her suite and suggest that Kyle could never know her like he does.
There’ll be some flirting as Tucker talks about the electricity between them and teases Audra about loving her for her mind.
However, Tucker will refuse to divulge too many details about their Jabot takeover plot. Instead, Tucker will just want Audra to score evidence that Kyle can be trusted and do her part to use him to their advantage.
After Ashley texts Tucker to meet on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, he’ll head downstairs and cross paths with Kyle as well as Diane.
Tucker will push Diane and Kyle’s buttons about Jack before heading off for his meeting with Ashley.
Once they’re at a table, Ashley will admit she’s ready to sell her half of Glacade, so Tucker will find her sudden amenability suspicious.
It’ll seem like Ashley’s working an angle, but Tucker won’t be sure what it is.
Ashley will make it clear that it’ll cost Tucker a pretty penny to buy her 50 percent of the company, but she’ll vow to be in touch about the deal.
After Diane and Kyle come home, Jack will give them updates on Ashley and seem optimistic about their plan moving forward.
At Society, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will meet with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James), so they’ll go over the threat Chancellor-Winters is facing.
There’ll also be some talk about Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) taking a short leave of absence to be with Mattie Ashby (Lexie Stevenson), who’s distraught over the wildfire and a mentor that she lost.
It won’t be long until Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) arrives and crashes the meeting. That’ll rile Jill up, but Mamie will push right back and insist on making herself part of Chancellor-Winters’ business.
Devon will be glad to have Nate as an asset – and he won’t think they’re in a position to turn down Mamie’s help either since they have to stay on guard against Tucker.
Once Nate and Devon exit, Jill and Mamie will wonder what it’s going to take to get rid of each other, but neither one will accept money nor anything else to bow out.
At Crimson Lights, Nate will thank Devon for everything and vow not to let him down, so Devon will warn that he’d better not.
On the coffeehouse patio, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be in a good mood as he fills Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) in on the plan to take down Tucker.
Although Billy will be brimming with excitement, Chelsea will have concerns over how dangerous all this sounds. It’ll also seem like Billy’s craving the high of gambling again.
Billy will start rambling about how there’s no reward without risks, but then he’ll see Chelsea’s point and thank her for reining him in.
Since this is a slippery slope, Billy will seemingly realize he needs to be careful.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the Abbotts’ feud with Tucker will soar to new heights soon, so stay tuned for the bad news that’s brewing!
