Nate tells her that regularly inside the penthouse they share across the hall from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), who they betrayed when getting together. Now, Nate has betrayed Elena with Victoria.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) needs to acquire McCall Unlimited so he can offer a meaningful high-level job to Adam.
Grossman’s character is pressing his father to deliver on the veiled promise he offered.
But Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) may complicate Victor’s intentions by securing Tucker’s corporate debt.
Yet, devoted fans know the Moustache often gets what he wants or, if not that, creates other similar outcomes.
Assuming Victor can bring Adam back to the fold, he and Audra would make quite the pairing. Adam can not have Sally.
Audra wants a guy with cache, and Adam would project as a likely target since Tucker appears to be losing his power.

The easy answer to the section header question is Tucker.
But he would never work for Adam or help him if Victor takes control of the company by making a deal with Ashley.
A power share between Ashley and Victor can not be ruled out. But either person or both could benefit by having Audra on board, even for the short term.
Adam would instantly recognize Audra’s knowledge as valuable. Her intense appeal would also naturally make her a romantic pairing option on Y&R.
