The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will decide to go after revenge once Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) puts Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) in charge of Newman Media.
It’s clear that Adam is obsessed with running the company again, so he may determine that he’d rather see Newman Media crash and burn if he can’t have it!
Of course, we have to remember that Victor now wants to fold SNA Media into Newman Media to form an epic powerhouse. That could be important due to McCall Unlimited’s link to all this.
Adam is still sitting on information that could do some serious damage to a lot of people. It’d be disastrous if it looked like Victor knowingly snatched up a company that covered up a predator music star sleeping with underage girls.
Adam could unleash that scandal – perhaps by spilling the shocker to someone like Leanna Love (Barbara Brampton), who’d love to give everyone updates in a special report.
Having Newman Media linked to that scandal at all could deliver a major blow. Newman Media’s name would be in the news for all the wrong reasons, so that might be what Adam has in mind if he uses this as a revenge strategy.
Adam might also enjoy the chance to get back at Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) for not playing by his rules when he blackmailed her. Making Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) suffer would be a bonus for Adam since he’s not fond of him either.
Tucker could take a professional hit of his own if this scandal’s uncovered – and that wouldn’t be good for the new business venture that he’s trying to get off the ground with Ashley Abbott-McCall (Eileen Davidson).
It’s easy to see how Adam could make some powerful enemies if he leaks the scandal that Tucker and Audra tried to keep buried.
Adam is known for stirring the pot and indeed has a revenge plot coming up, so stay tuned to see if he’ll reignite some Y&R rivalries with his next bold move.
