The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will grow frustrated when it seems like Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) isn’t taking his concerns seriously. Y&R fans know Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has been exhibiting some pretty troubling signs of memory loss and confusion, so Adam will feel like they have to take action ASAP.
After Adam shows Nick a page full of doodles from Victor’s desk, he’ll point out that doodling isn’t exactly a pastime that Victor’s known for.
That alone will raise more red flags for Adam, who’ll feel like Victor is in bad shape mentally.
When Nick looks closer, he’ll see that Victor has actually used tiny versions of his children’s names to create an image of a serpent.
It’ll leave Nick thinking that Victor’s playing mind games, so he’ll vow to handle it without telling Adam his suspicions.
Sadly, Adam will feel like Nick’s just shutting him out as usual.
Although Nick, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) treat Adam like an outsider, they can’t change the fact that Victor is his dad.
Adam will feel obligated to help Victor, especially if no one else is willing to step up.
Although they’ve been known to do their fair share of clashing, Adam loves Victor and will hate the idea of him heading down this path without professional assistance.
Y&R spoilers say Adam will reach out to someone named Dr. Shelton (Stefan Marks), so he’ll set up an appointment and consult with him on October 27.
That’ll give Adam a chance to open up to Dr. Shelton about the strange symptoms he’s witnessed and get the doc’s opinion.
Of course, Victor isn’t actually experiencing any kind of mental decline.
This is all one big test to determine which Newman child’s going to betray him, so Victor will keep up his efforts to fool his family while Adam seeks Dr. Shelton’s expert advice.
