The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will go for a nice stroll through the park with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), so he’ll no doubt reassure her about all the drama happening in their lives.
Diane will remain worried about Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman-Abbott’s (Allison Lanier) failing marriage, but Jack may hope it’ll all sort itself out eventually.
As for Diane’s promotion and the backlash that’s brought, Jack won’t want her to worry about that either.
Although Jack will continue to believe they’re an unstoppable powercouple, he’ll soon see a press release that leaves him reeling.
Jack hasn’t been too concerned about Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) staging a coup since she doesn’t have the majority at Jabot – at least not yet.
However, Jack hasn’t fully considered the possibility that Ashley might strike back another way.
That’s why it’ll come as such a shock when Jack sees an announcement about Ashley’s new health and beauty company, which could become a serious competitor for Jabot.
Jack will know Ashley’s going to be armed with a great deal of resources along with her extensive knowledge in this business arena.
Furthermore, Ashley has a partner on this who isn’t afraid to play dirty.
Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) involvement will rattle Jack since he’s a wildcard who clearly knows how to influence Ashley.
Diane will blame herself for Ashley and Tucker’s latest move since her very presence in Genoa City seems to drive Ashley crazy.
Now that Diane is Jabot’s new chief talent officer, Diane will fear she instigated Ashley’s retaliation.
Of course, Y&R spoilers say Jack won’t hold Diane responsible and will instead put most of the blame on Tucker for leading Ashley astray.
When Jack bumps into Tucker at Society, that’ll give him a chance to rip into Ashley’s fiancé and warn him to stop creating this family rift.
Tucker will insist he’s just trying to give Ashley the best chance for success, but Jack will think Tucker wants to stir the pot and pull Ash away from the people she loves.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack will have plenty of reasons to fret once Ashley and Tucker’s press release becomes big news, so stay tuned for updates on their risky game.
