The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) recently assured Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) that she was content with the way things are in her relationship with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Although Nate and Victoria have a very intense romance, neither one of them is in love yet. In fact, Victoria isn’t sure love is in the cards for her anymore.
It’s easy to see why Victoria would be jaded on the topic, especially after everything that went down with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman).
Now Nate is using manipulation tactics on Victoria and keeping secrets, too. Although Nate isn’t doing it at the same level as Ashland did, he doesn’t have entirely pure motives.
Since Victoria has such a bad habit of ending up with men she can’t trust, is love really off the table for her?
Perhaps not if Victoria reunites with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) down the road.
Of course, Billy is far from the perfect man and has certainly hurt Victoria before.
No one is saying that Billy and Victoria had the ideal relationship, but he’s still different from all her other romantic partners.
Billy is the father of Victoria’s children and someone she knows genuinely cares about her well-being.
Victoria can at least trust that Billy wants what’s best for her and that he’d put his own life on the line to keep her safe.
Billy and Victoria have a rich history together that’s full of highs and lows.
Although Billy has had moments when he let Victoria down, they have a deep understanding of each other’s flaws and know how to handle them.
Since Victoria can’t trust anyone else the way she trusts Billy, could he be her last chance at love?
Will Y&R let Victoria reunite with Billy romantically at some point?
Billy is happy with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) for now, but some surprising new hurdles are about to land in their path.
That could pave the way for Victoria and Billy to get a romantic reboot sooner or later.
