The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) will eventually get some huge news about his expanding family. Now that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) knows he’s the father of Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) baby, he’ll have to figure out a way to tell Connor.
Of course, Connor initially freaked out over gaining a sibling when he learned Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) was his half-brother.
However, Connor ultimately came around on the idea and now loves having Johnny as his big bro.
Once Connor realizes he has a chance at being a big brother too, he should be over the moon.
Connor also thinks Sally is super cool, so he should be glad to know she’s the one Adam is having a baby with.
Naturally, Connor may have some questions about why Adam and Sally aren’t a couple if they’re having a child together.
If Connor realizes Sally is with Uncle Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) now, that should confuse him even further.
Connor previously noticed that Adam was happier when he was with Sally, so he could decide this is a golden opportunity.
Perhaps Connor will decide to do a little matchmaking and hope he can make Sally his new stepmom.
Connor knows Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has been hanging out with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) a lot more lately.
Since Connor is a smart kid, he can probably tell that Chelsea has a new romance of her own brewing.
Connor doesn’t seem hung up on the idea of Adam and Chelsea reuniting romantically at this point.
As a result, Connor may decide that Chelsea can move on with Billy while Adam gets a second chance with Sally.
Y&R fans know Connor loves the blended family he’s creating due to his connection to Johnny.
Adam’s baby with Sally offers a blended family route as well, so Connor may be tickled pink once he gets updates on his little sibling.
From there, Connor could find ways to push Sally back in Adam’s direction and remind her of how good they were as an item.
As for Nick and Sally’s romance, Connor might end up sabotaging it if need be.
Regardless, Connor already wishes Adam and Sally could get back together, so this baby bomb could give him some hope.
Maybe Connor will decide Sally should be his new stepmom and become determined to play Cupid!
