The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Diane Breaks Up with Jack During Jail Visit – Fiancé Refuses to Accept Split

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will sink to a low point as she sits behind bars. Diane has been wrongfully arrested for the murder of Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), so she’ll worry the charges are going to stick.

After working hard to redeem herself in Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) eyes, this will feel like the worst thing that could’ve happened.

Since the evidence against her will be overwhelming, Diane just won’t see any path forward that doesn’t include prison walls.

Y&R spoilers say Diane will get depressed in her jail cell, so she’ll accept defeat by the time Jack arrives for a visit.

Diane will feel like she’s nothing but trouble, so she’ll urge Jack to forget her and move on with his life.

Considering everything that’s happened, Diane will think she needs to accept that redemption and happiness aren’t in the cards for her.

After Diane urges Jack to stop visiting entirely, she’ll think it’s for the best since she could be locked up forever.

Of course, if Diane is shutting Jack out and cutting ties, that means she’ll be dumping him.

It sounds like this will be Diane’s effort to end their engagement, but Jack obviously won’t allow it.

During the week of April 17-21, Jack will reject Diane’s attempt to isolate herself and will refuse to stop fighting for their future together.

Since Diane will be singing the jailhouse blues, Jack will give her a pep talk and try to convince her to keep hope alive.

When all else fails, Jack will bring up Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) and remind Diane of how much their grandson loves her.

Harrison needs his DiDi, so Jack will encourage Diane to continue to fight for her freedom.

However, it’ll really be up to Jack to get things done on the outside.

Kyle will do his part as well despite Summer Newman-Abbott’s (Allison Lanier) insistence that Diane is guilty, so he’ll be putting a lot on the line for his mom.

Phyllis’ faux death and frame-up with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) will continue to bring bad news for a while, but Jack will do whatever it takes to free Diane and get some answers.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say better Days are coming up for Diane sooner or later, so stay tuned for updates on her next chapter.
