The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, January 20, tease that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will have a follow-up meeting with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who’ll push him to accept the team-up offer.
Since both Kyle and Victor want Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) out of Jabot, Victor thinks this is the perfect opportunity to join forces.
Of course, Kyle has had more than enough drama on his plate lately and will hesitate to add more.
That’s especially true since going along with Victor’s plan could upset Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier), who’s already angry over all their Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) issues.
Nevertheless, Victor can be awfully persuasive – and Kyle really would like to shove Adam out of his family company.
Y&R spoilers say Victor will pressure Kyle to make a dirty move against Adam and set him up to fail.
If Kyle can pull this off, Victor will hope to take care of the rest and bring Adam back to Newman Enterprises eventually.
In the meantime, Diane and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will find themselves on the hot seat.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will grill Jack and Diane about the Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) case, so she may suspect she’s not getting the whole story.
Diane and Jack will carefully answer Nikki’s questions as they try to keep their cover-up intact.
Even so, Nikki may have a feeling that things didn’t go down with Jeremy quite the way Jack and Diane claim!
Next, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be a nervous wreck ahead of her big pitch to Jill Abbott (Jess Walton).
Since Sally will have morning sickness again, that’ll add to her worries and leave her struggling to start the day.
Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will be there to offer support and meds to help with Sally’s nausea, but she’ll step aside and let Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) speak to Sally alone later.
Although Nick will want to wish Sally luck on her proposal, he’ll realize something’s wrong since she’ll be looking so sick in her bathrobe.
Despite Sally’s attempt to explain this away, it’ll be one clue too many for Nick.
Once Nick thinks about some of Sally’s strange behavior and excuses lately, he’ll determine that she might be pregnant.
Nick will ask if Sally has morning sickness, so she’ll finally get fed up with avoiding this conversation.
Sally will decide it’s time to face the music, so she’ll confess that Nick’s right and offer updates on the baby.
Will Nick also discover Adam is another father option?
Nick may find out a paternity mystery’s underway, so he’ll have a lot to think about – and so will Sally!
