The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 14, reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will score a meeting with Carson (Walter Belenky), the EMT who worked for Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) and could back up Phyllis’ story.
However, Phyllis won’t realize that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) is the one pulling the strings – at least not until he reveals himself and demands a private chat with her in a GCAC suite.
Carson will be ready to corroborate Phyllis’ version of events after his own conversation with Tucker, but there’ll be some stipulations.
If Phyllis wants Carson’s help to clear her name, she’ll have to strike a deal with Tucker and agree to drive Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) over the edge.
Since Tucker is running the show here, that’ll leave Phyllis concerned.
Phyllis won’t trust Tucker at all, but she’ll be desperate for her freedom – and she obviously won’t hate the idea of sabotaging Diane either.
With all that in mind, Y&R spoilers say Phyllis will indeed strike a deal with Tucker and move forward with turning herself in.
That’ll be the first step forward accomplishing all their goals, but it’ll mean taking a risk since Phyllis won’t know how long it’ll take to get off the hook.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will arrange for Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) to show up at the athletic club, where Phyllis will officially come out of hiding.
After Christine blasts Phyllis for faking a grim fate and wasting public resources on a search for her, Chance will make an arrest.
Phyllis will be read her rights and placed in handcuffs, so Christine will definitely celebrate over the news that she’s finally in police custody.
Of course, Phyllis will count on Tucker to keep Carson in line and help her out of this jam.
Since Phyllis is a crucial part of Tucker and Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) plan, they’ll be highly motivated to get her out of jail ASAP.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis will face the music, but she’ll hope for positive updates and the chance to be a free woman again soon.
