The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 7, reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will face a tough dilemma, so he’ll rely on Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) for guidance. Sharon has proven she’s a good listener, so she’ll gladly lend an ear once Nick’s dealing with a new work crisis.
Nick was forced to take time off from Newman Enterprises, but there’s another offer on the table since Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wants him to help Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) run McCall Unlimited.
Although Victor thinks Nick can keep Adam from going off the rails, Nick will worry this won’t end well.
Working together as brothers could be a disaster waiting to happen, so it’s easy to see why Nick will be concerned.
At the same time, Nick feels for Adam and knows he’s endured a terrible loss.
Part of Nick will want to step up and help Adam if he can, so he’ll be torn about all this as he asks Sharon for advice.
While Sharon offers her perspective, we may see Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) soften toward Adam just a bit.
Adam’s powerful letter will tug at Sally’s heart strings, so she might reach out to him and thank him for his supportive words.
That said, Sally may not be ready to forgive and she certainly can’t forget.
Although Adam wants to deal with this baby loss alongside Sally, she may think they’re better off grieving on their own.
Next on Friday’s Y&R episode, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will get some bad news about her feud with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and the vengeful power play it’s led to.
Since Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) insisted on promoting Diane and refused to listen to his sister’s repeated warnings, Ashley has decided to make a bold move against him.
That move will go public when Jack sees a press release about Ashley’s new health and beauty company, which she’s starting with Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) assistance.
Jack will fume over Ashley building a new empire that could become a major rival for Jabot, but he’ll feel like Tucker is responsible for turning her against the family business.
Once Jack gets updates on Ashley’s shocking announcement, he’ll rip into Tucker and realize he may have to prepare for some serious competition.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Ashley and Jack’s hostility will lead to even more complications for the Abbott clan, so stick with Y&R.
