Victoria bolted from the company on various occasions. Her reasons varied but generally centered on a refusal to deal with the messy day-to-day dealings of the Newman family within its enterprise.
Victor forcefully told his daughter that she was responsible for what he saw as bumpy leadership.
That cheap shot was coupled with what he has confirmed as a demotion, complete with her portrait being removed from the executive suite and being assigned another office.
Why should Victoria stay at a company where her agitating brother is given unlimited second chances and she is booted for doing, by any reasonable account a bang-up job on Y&R?
