The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is becoming more and more smitten with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). The old Jack would’ve balked at helping Diane steal from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), but now he’s fallen hard enough to support the idea.
Jack can’t bear the thought of Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) having any kind of hold on Diane.
It’s best to get Jeremy away from Diane and her loved ones since he’s such a wildcard.
The plan is for Diane to steal from Nikki, prove herself to Jeremy and then set him up to take the fall for a crime of his own.
However, this scheme could end in catastrophe if Jack and Diane aren’t careful.
Even if Diane pulls this off and manages to avoid going down for the theft, it may not be enough for Jeremy.
What if Jeremy isn’t impressed and pushes Diane to do something with higher stakes?
Diane could keep digging a bigger hole for herself while Jack joins in with a shovel.
It’s clear that Jack and Diane are in this together, so Y&R spoilers suggest they might go to extremes to prove it.

Jack seems like he’d do just about anything to protect Diane, including tying the knot with her.
This could keep Jack from having to testify against Diane, but it could also just be Jack’s way of showing her that he’s all in.
Regardless, Y&R fans know Jack has been looking for love for a long time, so he may decide Diane is officially the woman for him.
