The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will hold out hope that he can get another bail hearing and finally bring Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) home. Unfortunately, Jack may find himself feeling like “home” is no longer a place of solace.
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) refuses to stop trashing Diane and has repeatedly dismissed Jack’s idea about moving out.
Since Ashley believes she belongs under the Abbott roof just as much as Jack does, she has no intention of finding a new place.
In fact, Ashley will ask Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) to move in with her during the week of April 24-28 – and she’ll presumably mean moving in with her at the Abbott mansion.
That decision could rile Jack up even further and make him see that this can’t be a real haven for Diane.
Jack may start to feel like no one in Genoa City is really on his side.
Y&R is creating an “us against the world” vibe that could affect Jack’s mindset regarding Diane and lead to some shocking news.
Jack was at least able to secure Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) for Diane’s legal representation, but he may worry Michael won’t be able to work a miracle and get his client off the hook.
Faced with overwhelming evidence, Jack may sense that his chance at a future with Diane is slipping away.
That could lead to Jack weighing his options and doing something pretty wild when the time is right.
Since Jack has been so adamant about getting Diane out on bail, his persistence may pay off.
Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) argued that Diane was a flight risk, but Jack may get her released with an ankle monitor like he previously suggested.
Whatever the case, Jack will make an impulsive choice on April 28, so that could lead to an epic Friday cliffhanger.
What if Jack proves Christine was right to worry about Diane being a flight risk and bolts with her?
It’d be easy for Jack to pay the Jabot jet pilot enough to keep quiet and fly them to parts unknown.
Then again, Jack could flee in his car with Diane and plan to catch flight elsewhere.
Regardless, Jack could beg Diane to trust him and go on a very illegal adventure – just the two of them.
Of course, Jack might insist that they can return once Diane’s name is cleared.
Although Diane would never want to abandon Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) or Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez), Jack may insist this is just a temporary solution until he can figure out how to prove her innocence.
If nothing else, Jack may vow to somehow arrange secret visits for Diane, Kyle and Harrison.
It’s clear that Jack isn’t thinking straight, so he may twist this whole situation into something that can work – even when none of it really can!
Jack is madly in love, so that’s clouding his judgment and could lead to a stunning Diane escape plot soon enough.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack may make some updates to his strategy and potentially dig a bigger criminal hole for Diane.
