Diane might get hauled off in handcuffs, which would create quite a scandalous news story.
There are plenty of options to consider when it comes to Jeremy’s revenge strategy details. Jeremy might even fake his murder and try to pin it on Diane if he wants to go to the extreme.
Then again, Jeremy might prefer a setup that allows him to have a front-row seat to Diane’s destruction.
Phyllis and Jeremy could even be each other’s dates for this bicentennial party, which would give them a chance to witness Diane’s public downfall together.
Regardless, you can bet something huge will happen as the show celebrates 50 years on the air. It’s a significant milestone, so there’ll presumably be a bombshell or two to convince fans to tune in.
