The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will think back to Daniel Romalotti Jr.’s (Michael Graziadei) repeated warnings and realize he’s right. We’ll see Phyllis determine that she needs to plead guilty and try to shield Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) from more drama.
During the week of August 7-11, Phyllis will insist she’s ready to face the music, but she’ll want it in writing that Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) won’t prosecute Summer for her role in helping her mother.
Christine will go along with that before Phyllis reveals that she has one more demand.
Phyllis will want to make a statement to the judge before her sentencing goes down, so Christine will make that part of her plea deal, too.
Y&R spoilers say Phyllis will express confidence in her ability to get through to the judge and make him or her see that she acted in self-defense.
The charges related to Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) fate are the most serious ones, so Phyllis will keep her fingers crossed that she can get the judge on her side.
Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) won’t approve of Phyllis going through with this plea bargain, especially since Christine could have some influence when it comes to the judge’s opinion.
In the judge’s chambers, Christine will indeed express doubt that Carson (Walter Belenky) actually witnessed Phyllis fighting back against Jeremy.
Although Phyllis will pour her heart out and argue that she deserves to remain a free woman, the judge may or may not agree once it’s time for sentencing.
Phyllis will push for community service and an opportunity to make things right on the outside.
After Phyllis shares how she truly wants to turn her life around and put all the chaos behind her, she’ll briefly await the judge’s decision.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say all of Genoa City will get updates on the judge’s shocking news eventually, so stay tuned for the big reveal.
