The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) could have a new love interest headed his way. Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) has been committing some serious crimes with Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk), but there are good reasons to think she’ll get off the hook.
For starters, Claire may be the daughter that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) thought they lost as a baby.
If Claire is a member of the Newman family, that bodes well for her future and could lead to Victoria throwing money around to make sure she walks free.
Besides, this mess with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is mostly Aunt Jordan’s fault anyway.
Jordan is the one in the driver’s seat, so Claire is a little less culpable as the one manipulated into carrying out her aunt’s orders.
Whatever the case, we have to consider what Claire’s romantic path will look like if she stays in Genoa City. Could Kyle become Claire’s new love interest?
After Kyle’s marriage to Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) fell apart, he tried filling the void with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
However, Kyle and Audra clearly can’t trust each other due to this whole situation with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
That’s not a good sign when it comes to Audra and Kyle’s chances of moving forward romantically.
Of course, we also have to consider Kyle’s terrible plan to act as a mole and try to make himself the hero who saves Jabot.
It was Diane Jenkins-Abbott’s (Susan Walters) idea, but Kyle is going along with it and setting himself up for trouble.
This sounds like a scheme that’s going to backfire spectacularly, so it could end with Kyle getting thrown out of the company instead of promoted to the co-CEO position he wants.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) may be furious once he gets updates on Kyle’s deception, especially since he’s putting Jabot at risk of Tucker’s destructive blows.
It’s easy to imagine Kyle battling regrets and feeling misunderstood at the end of all this.
Claire may feel the same way, so these two could become the latest Newman-Abbott romance on canvas if Claire is indeed Victoria’s daughter.
