The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will reach out to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) with a crucial message during the week of September 18-22. There’ll be some disturbing news to pass along, so Victor will give Lily updates on something rather alarming.
After Victor fills Lily in on some sort of trouble, she’ll track down Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and presumably share what Victor told her.
Y&R spoilers say Lily will tackle a mystery with Devon, so it sounds like an intriguing new storyline is in the works.
Victor is pretty in the know when it comes to various Genoa City businesses and the threats they might be facing.
It’s possible Victor will warn Lily and Devon about Chancellor-Winters getting targeted in some way.
Then again, this mystery might be a more personal one if Victor is troubled over Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) actions somehow.
There’s even a chance Nate might go missing or something along those lines if the show wants to try rebuilding his family with Devon and Lily.
Things haven’t been the same since Nate betrayed Lily and Devon at Chancellor-Winters, but that would certainly change if he ended up in a mysterious crisis.
On the other hand, perhaps Nate could eventually become part of this story with Devon and Lily.
Working together to crack a strange case would be another way to bring the family together.
We know Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) will return to the show starting September 26, so that’s right after all this chaos starts up.
Since Mamie is Nate, Devon and Lily’s great-aunt, it’s possible she’ll fit in their new storyline somehow.
Whatever the case, this sounds like the kind of thing that could set up Lily’s temporary exit from the show.
When it’s time to offer an explanation for Christel Khalil’s maternity leave, Lily might go off in search of information elsewhere.
It’s also possible Lily could be kidnapped if this mystery is unsettling enough to put her in danger!
The fact that it’ll start with Victor’s disturbing news could be a bad sign of things to come.
No matter what’s in store, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily and Devon will put their heads together, so stay tuned to see if Nate will eventually be included, too.
