The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Monday, February 13, teases that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will discuss their plan to move quickly. The goal will be to force Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) to sell an ownership stake at a cut rate.
Victor will think they should let Tucker know they’re coming for him right before they make the debt deal – that way, they can confuse him and throw him off his game.
Then, Tucker will hopefully scramble and make a move that allows them to pounce.
When talk turns to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Victor will admit he wants his son to run McCall Unlimited once they acquire it.
That’ll agitate Victoria since this will sound less like an expansion plan and more like something to make Adam feel good about himself.
Victor will realize Victoria’s curious about whether Adam will report to her, but he’ll think they can figure out the hierarchy details later.
Victoria will worry about having two wildcards in play through Tucker and Adam, but Victor will insist he can handle it.
At Society, Tucker will meet up with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and confess that he’s suspicious of her motives.
After Tucker wonders if Audra’s really trying to gather info for Victoria and Victor, he’ll urge her to respect him enough not to try fooling him.
Audra will eventually admit that the Newmans know about Tucker’s debt and are planning to buy it off to give them leverage.
Tucker will question why Audra’s telling him this and will ask if she enjoys being an agent of chaos who plays one side against the other.
Audra will invite Tucker to think whatever he likes and will be curious about his next move.
Tucker will claim he doesn’t know, but Audra will wonder if he just doesn’t want to tell her.
However, Tucker will point out that Audra might’ve told him for the sole purpose of finding out what he’d do next.
Audra will think they should scratch each other’s backs, so Tucker will use that to try taking their friendship out of platonic territory in his hotel room.
After Audra suggests a raincheck, Tucker will still have a sneaking suspicion that she’s playing him.
udra will ask if that bothers Tucker, but he’ll admit he’s quite turned on by it!
Later, Tucker will make a phone call in his suite and admit someone’s looking into his debt.
It’ll leave Tucker eager to find out what they learned since waiting on his lender to tell him something could mean he’s too late.
At Newman Media, Audra will report back to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) with unsettling news.
When Audra reveals that she told Tucker about Newman planning to buy his debt, Nate will ask “what the hell” she would do that.
Audra will insist it’s a smart move that shows Newman has the upper hand, but Nate will argue this isn’t what they discussed.
Even so, Audra will feel confident in the strategy shift and will think Tucker’s going to keep her in the loop provided she has something to offer him.
Once Audra says Tucker will be forced into a corner, she’ll predict they can pick up the pieces and that Newman will win.
At the Abbott house on Monday’s Y&R episode, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will come home from Paris and immediately clash with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will join Diane as they reveal they’re a couple, so Ashley will vehemently disapprove.
Since Jack will get nothing but negativity from Ashley, he’ll insist her living there will be untenable.
Jack will angrily wonder how much it’ll take to buy Ashley out of the house, but she’ll warn that’s going to happen “when hell freezes over.”
Afterward, Tucker will hear a knock at his hotel room door and open it to find Ashley standing there.
Back with Jack, he’ll hate all the family drama, but he’ll resolve to get through it eventually.
Jack will also gush about how Diane has changed in such wonderful ways and will add that he’s falling in love with the person she’s become.
After Jack declares his love for Diane, she’ll admit she loves him so much.
Jack will end up presenting Diane with a set of keys so she can move in with him, so Diane will be touched.
At Jabot, Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) will blast Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) for deceiving her for weeks.
Kyle will defend his plan as a one-time deal, but Summer will act like he’s keeping secrets just like Diane did.
Although Kyle won’t think it’s fair to compare him to his mother, Summer will be upset over Kyle actively choosing to lie to her.
Kyle’s quick apology won’t be enough, but he’ll really hope they can work through this together.
Unfortunately, Summer will need to sit with her anger for a while.
After Summer says she needs to work through this alone, she’ll walk out on Kyle and leave him looking frustrated.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kyle and Summer will have some work to do if they want to repair their marriage, so stay tuned for updates on their relationship.
