The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, January 9, teases that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will be frustrated with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) for not responding to her texts. Audra will stop by Tucker’s suite, but he won’t have much of a reaction to the IPO moving forward and will keep trying to get rid of her.
After Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) faces off with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) again, she’ll bring a bottle of wine to Tucker’s room and hook up with him.
Although Ashley won’t want Tucker getting his hopes up about what this means, she’ll seem to enjoy herself.
The mood will head downhill fast after Ashley discovers Jabot’s financial info on the desk.
Tucker will emerge from the shower and try to explain away Ashley’s findings, but she’ll clearly be uneasy about his motives.
At Chancellor-Winters, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will meet with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Audra, so that’ll give him a chance to rat out Audra’s Tucker link.
Between the identical text chime and the fact that Tucker’s alleged LLC paid off Audra’s debt, Devon obviously won’t think she can be trusted.
Audra will try to talk her way out of trouble, but Lily will fire her.
Devon will back Lily up on the firing news, so Audra will insult Devon over all the betrayals at his company and how often he’s been played.
Once Devon bangs on the door of Tucker’s suite, he’ll give his bio dad an earful in front of Ashley.
Devon will call Tucker out for colluding with Audra and will insist he no longer has a relationship with him.
After Devon says Tucker won’t have a relationship with Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) either, he’ll continue to blast him.
Tucker will act like Devon is crossing the line, but Devon will fire back urging him to leave Genoa City tonight.
As Devon heads out the door, he’ll warn Tucker that he’s going to make sure nobody defends him ever again.
Ashley will wipe her eyes a bit as she tears up, but she’ll claim she was just pretending anyway.
After Ashley acts like she just wanted to get to the bottom of what Tucker was up to, she’ll suggest it was lucky she witnessed that and declare the mission accomplished.
In the hallway, Ashley will pensive and somewhat heartbroken over the night’s shocking turn.
Once Tucker is alone after losing everything, he’ll have a fierce outburst.
Meanwhile, Audra will run into Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) at Society and dupe him by suggesting she simply finished her job at Chancellor-Winters.
Nate will assume Audra plans to leave GC, but she’ll be intrigued by his offer to stick around and apply for the Newman Media COO position.
Audra will indeed choose to put her name in for consideration.
At the coffeehouse, Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei) will give Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) guidance on how to patch things up with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier).
Afterward, Daniel will find Lily looking upset, so she’ll admit some work drama and leave him concerned about the gaming division.
However, Lily will reassure Daniel before requesting that they hang out and discuss more casual topics.
At the Abbott house, Jack will feel confident in the plan to steal from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will also want to talk about her feelings for Jack and how she wants to kiss him again.
When Diane seeks updates on Jack’s own feelings, he’ll let her know how much he cares and dive in for some kisses.
Phyllis will spot the passionate moment as she peers in from outside the front door.
That’ll put Phyllis in a foul mood when she visits Noah Newman’s (Rory Gibson) nightclub, where Tucker will also be having a terrible night.
Tucker will ask if Phyllis is ready yet, so she’ll wonder what she’s supposed to be ready for.
“To burn it all down,” Tucker will insist on Monday’s Y&R episode.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis and Tucker could do some serious damage together if they truly join forces!
