The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, June 19, indicate that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will face one of the toughest tasks of his life. After being forced to choose whether Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) or their baby survived, he’ll have to reveal that choice to Sally.
Adam will struggle as he tries to tell Sally that their little girl didn’t make it.
Once Sally gets updates on how the whole thing went down, she’ll blame Adam for letting their daughter die and will sob over the loss.
Sally could easily end up kicking Adam out of her hospital room since she’ll be so distraught.
Although Sally will no doubt keep asking for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), he’ll be busy trying to make sure his own daughter stays alive.
Since Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) was twisted enough to strap a bomb under Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) sweatshirt, the nightmare he’s unleashed won’t be over – even after Cameron is confirmed dead.
Once Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) investigates and puts his knowledge of explosive devices to good use, he’ll tell Faith, Nick and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) that he’ll have to deactivate those explosives one at a time.
Although it’ll be risky, Chance will move forward with this rescue mission and hope for the best.
Sharon and Nick will beg Chance to keep Faith safe, so he’ll do everything in his power to make sure Faith wiggles out of this awful jam.
It should be nice to see Chance get his Y&R hero moment as he comes through for Faith and Sharon when it counts.
Later, Nick will check his voicemail or hear from someone in the loop on Sally’s crisis.
It won’t be long until Nick rushes to the hospital, so Chance will comfort Sharon as she processes everything she’s been through.
As for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), he’ll want to support Adam once he receives news about the death of Sally’s baby.
Adam will be an emotional wreck, so Victor will see a more vulnerable version of his son and will be heartbroken for him.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will hope Sally can forgive him for doing what he had to do, but it sounds like she just needs time to grieve.
