The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, March 6, tease that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) will prove he’s a very patient and persistent man. All those years in prison taught Jeremy how to play the waiting game – and he may be rewarded with a new partner in crime.
Jeremy can tell Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has a vengeful fire inside, so they’re kindred spirits when it comes to loathing Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and wanting her to pay.
Since Jeremy is willing to go to extremes, he’ll want Phyllis by his side doing the same.
After coming to a plastered Phyllis’ rescue, Jeremy will sober her up enough to make another proposition.
As Jeremy talks about his grand plan for Diane, he’ll tempt Phyllis with the promise of getting rid of her for good.
Of course, Phyllis is already on thin ice with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei).
Others like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) have turned against Phyllis as well, so she’ll be wary of adding to her problems.
Phyllis will point out that she’ll lose everything if she teams up with Jeremy, but he’ll think she’s already accomplished that.
From where Jeremy’s standing, it’ll seem like Phyllis actually has nothing left to lose!
Phyllis appears dangerously close to lighting the fuse on this sinister partnership and not caring about the consequences.
Jeremy just has to push the right buttons and hope Phyllis is truly ready to fight back.
Other Y&R spoilers say Jack will await Diane’s answer to his marriage proposal at the cabin.
Despite it coming out of nowhere, Jack will assure Diane that he genuinely wants to tie the knot and start this new chapter together.
However, Diane will battle guilt over all the chaos she’s unleashed since she came back into Jack’s life.
Jack has already taken some huge gambles for Diane, so she’ll fear she’ll become a permanent troublemaker if she becomes his wife.
Diane will make a choice that catches Phyllis and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) by surprise in the aftermath, so Jack may get some disappointing news.
It sounds like Diane may let her doubts drive her decision and reject Jack’s marriage offer for now.
