The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, August 21 to September 1, reveal that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will make some sacrifices for Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) sake.
The week of August 21-25 will bring Chelsea’s decision to go along with Connor’s wishes and let him go to a special school near Anita Lawson (Catherine Bach).
Chelsea will plan to work remotely and live at Anita’s place with Connor, which means her romance with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will get put on hold for now.
Next, an amazing opportunity will land in Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) lap, so he’ll mull over whether to accept the new police chief offer that’s in the works.
Over with Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), she’ll seem jealous of Daniel Romalotti Jr.’s (Michael Graziadei) renewed romance with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Likewise, Lily will seem a little territorial when it comes to her relationship with Daniel, so tension will be brewing with Heather soon – especially since Heather will be extending her stay in GC.
While Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) delivers a harsh warning to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will get grilled in Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) office.
After Victoria hurls questions about Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), Kyle will report back to Audra as they take stock of the situation.
Audra and Kyle will want to do whatever they can to keep their positions at Newman Media, so they’ll have to be careful.
Victoria will also find a way to test Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) trustworthiness, but he could cause another setback eventually.
Y&R spoilers say Nate will go too far somehow, so that could lead to more drama in his romance.
As for Nick and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), they’ll have an important conversation about their future together.
Sally might finally decide to move in with Nick and take their relationship to the next level.
Meanwhile, Kyle and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) will discuss their relationship status as well, which will bring a choice regarding their marriage.
Summer and Kyle seem poised to move forward with a divorce, but we’ll see if anything happens to change their minds before it’s finalized.
Elsewhere, Billy and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will conspire against Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), so it seems Billy will stay busy with some dirty tricks while Chelsea’s gone.
Back with Nick, he’ll be frustrated along with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) since working with Adam will prove to be quite a challenge.
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will also face a parenting crisis since they’ll begin to suspect Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle) has hearing issues.
When Aria sleeps through some startlingly loud thunderclaps, Tessa and Mariah will ultimately decide to have her hearing tested.
Across town, Victoria will quiz Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) about her marriage to Tucker and the secrets he’s buried.
There should be a conversation about the scandal that Tucker had Audra cover up, so Victoria may get inside Ashley’s head and plant doubts about the kind of person he is.
On another note, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will find a way to move on with her life, so she’ll put Nate in the rearview mirror.
That could mean signing up for a dating app or finding some strategy to focus on a new chapter.
During the week of August 28-September 1, Victor will make sure Adam obeys orders and will urge him not to cause too much drama for Nick and Sharon.
Sally will also catch Adam off guard, so will that be a good thing or a bad thing? Adam is used to Sally enforcing boundaries, so he’ll definitely be surprised if they share a moment that’s a bit too close!
Of course, this could also involve Sally accepting a job offer after all or making some other move that throws Adam for a loop.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Elena will receive some unsettling news.
There’ll be some situation that Elena finds disturbing, so we’ll see if this involves a personal ordeal or a professional one if someone lands in the hospital.
Finally, Victoria will continue to get under Ashley’s skin, which could be a terrible idea since Ashley isn’t afraid to fight back!
It sounds like the next two weeks will bring some exciting scenes, so stay tuned for updates on all the conflict and chaos.
