The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, May 1 to May 12, tease that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will want to push Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) out of the CEO spot at Jabot, but Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will stand against the idea – at least for now.
The week of May 1-5 will also bring Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) decision to cheat with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) during their business trip in Los Angeles.
Once Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) lets Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) know that Nate lied about taking the trip alone, Elena will realize she should’ve known Nate would betray her after the way he betrayed his family at Chancellor-Winters.
From there, Elena will contact J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) and urge him to visit Genoa City for her medical podcast, but it looks like the real goal will be creating some drama.
Elena will apparently have a vengeful plan in mind for Victoria and Nate soon enough.
Nate and Victoria’s return to GC will bring the harsh reality of a situation, so Nate may realize Elena’s figured out his betrayal.
Over with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), he’ll push Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to accept money in exchange for abandoning her baby girl and leaving her for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to raise.
After Victor pressures Sally to take the deal, she’ll fill Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in and warn him not to cause a scene.
Nick will be tempted to go against Sally’s wishes and rip into Victor anyway, so we’ll see what he decides to do in the end.
Next, Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) will have a hard time keeping the secret from Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) survival from Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
However, it looks like Summer will make another confession to Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Grazadei) and finally get her brother to believe Phyllis is alive.
Once Jack delivers stunning news to Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), she’ll have a reason to celebrate.
Y&R spoilers say Diane will be released and sent home, so she may get a new bailing hearing that leads to this development.
Elsewhere, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will tackle a challenge, so that could involve honoring Neil Winters’ (Kristoff St. John) memory through a new plan.
Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will ultimately help remember Neil, so they’ll become part of whatever Lily and Devon have in mind.
As for Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), he’ll do whatever he can to start earning Devon’s trust back.
Elsewhere, Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will grill Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) about Tucker’s history and whether he’s capable of change, so this could bring a mention of when he slept with Harmony aka Yolanda Hamilton (Chene’ Lawson).
Harmony is also Devon’s biological mother and will be back for a visit starting May 5, so this seems like a good time for Y&R to bring up Tucker’s past with her.
During the week of May 8-12, there’ll be another family reunion for Devon.
Shemar Moore will reprise his role as Malcolm Winters on May 8, so this should tie in with Devon and Lily’s gesture for Neil.
Back with Victor, he’ll refuse to back down. It sounds like Victor will refuse to change his mind about Sally and continue to disapprove of her relationship with Nick, so that should bring more conflict.
Ashley will also make an admission, so she might come clean to Tucker about falling hard for him again.
Although Ashley and Tucker sometimes play games with each other, there are some very real feelings on both sides.
Ashley may decide it’s time to get serious and let Tucker know her heart is at stake. Before Ashley can go all in with Tucker again, she may need him to help her trust that he won’t devastate her again.
Across town, Elena will make a daring move, so this could involve another step toward getting payback on Nate and Victoria.
Finally, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will open up to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), so she may confess to deepening her relationship with Billy.
That could leave Chelsea concerned about all the changes they’ll be asking Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) to accept, especially since Adam will have to drop a baby sister bomb on him soon.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam and Chelsea will have to figure this out as a co-parenting team, so stay tuned for updates on their Connor strategies.
