The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that the clues will start to add up for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) during the week of January 16-20. The first one came when Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) had what she claimed was a stomach bug.
Sally also had to make excuses for why she wasn’t drinking alcohol at Society recently, so that brought another hint.
Nick didn’t see the prenatal vitamin bottle that Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) left out for him to find, but it turns out he won’t need it.
On the morning of Sally’s big pitch to Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), she’ll be battling morning sickness.
That’ll lead to some extra nervousness for Sally since this is such an important day for her interior design venture.
Sally will be hoping to lock in a deal that could affect her future, so she won’t want to be stuck in the bathroom dealing with waves of nausea.
Y&R spoilers say Nick will get suspicious when he shows up – presumably to wish Sally luck – and sees that she’s still in her bathrobe.
Sally will also be looking rather ill, so Nick will wonder if she’s OK.
Despite Sally’s attempts to downplay things, it’s not going to work this time.
Sally will act like she’s just been stressed and eating too much junk food lately, but Nick will think there’s more to the story.
After Nick thinks back on the clues we mentioned, he’ll reach a quick conclusion and count on Sally to tell him the truth.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will ask if Sally’s struggling with morning sickness, so she’ll finally decide she can’t run away from this any longer.
It’ll be time for Sally to stop living in denial, so she’ll admit she’s pregnant and go from there.
Nick will have to wrap his head around the news that he might potentially be a father again.
Of course, it should eventually dawn on Nick that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is a father option as well, so that’ll make all of this even more complicated.
Sally will have to give Adam updates sooner or later, but it’ll apparently be Nick who learns the truth first.
