Sally slept with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) one last time, but she didn’t feel what she was supposed to feel anymore.
According to Sally, her original spark with Adam was gone – and she thought he could sense that, too.
Since Sally couldn’t recapture the magic she lost with Adam, she encouraged him to let go and has turned her attention back to Nick.
Sally and Nick were planning to take things slow, but it looks like a bun in the oven will derail that plan.
All the evidence supports Sally’s pregnancy, so it’s just a matter of whose baby she’s carrying.
That last romp with Adam could come back to haunt Sally, but Nick might surprise her by vowing to step up either way.
Of course, it’s possible some paternity test tampering could go down, so that’s important to keep in mind as well.
Regardless, Nick is a family man at heart and could end up proposing marriage over Sally’s baby news.

One thing’s for sure: Sally’s pregnancy storyline could reignite her love triangle with Adam and Nick in a big way.
Nick will hate the idea of Sally potentially getting sucked back into Adam’s twisted web and having a permanent connection to him.
Will Nick hate it enough to pretend he’s this baby’s father, even if he isn’t?
That’s an option to consider – although Nick could always just plan to do most of the parenting as a very involved stepdad.
Whatever the case, this Newman baby could change Sally’s life forever, so she’ll have to make some updates to her future and figure out the tricky road ahead.
