The Young and the Restless Preview: Week of July 17 – Cheating Showdown, Attorney’s Plea and New Couple’s Passion

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of July 17-21 reveals that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will catch up with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), who’ll tell him all about her new business plan and her desire to do something positive.

Sharon will impress Chance since she wants to take Kirsten Incorporated and use it to generate some good in the world.

Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) almost robbed Sharon of her future, but now she’s taking charge of her life again.

Since Sharon will seem so vibrant and excited, Chance will admit he loves seeing her this way. Sharon will pull Chance into a kiss at Crimson Lights, but they’ll take things even further once they get passionate in private.

Over with Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), she’ll sit down with Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) and push her to keep an open mind about Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) fate.

Heather won’t want Christine to let her hatred for Phyllis keep her from doing the right thing.

Of course, Christine may remind Heather that Phyllis committed some serious crimes and deserves to be punished.

However, Heather will push for compassion and paint Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) as the real villain in all this.

With EMT Carson (Walter Belenky) backing up Phyllis’ self-defense story, Heather will hope she can reduce the consequences for her client.

Christine may initially be ready to throw the book at Phyllis, but perhaps Heather will find a way to get through to her.

Phyllis’ last-minute legal strategy updates could end up working to her advantage, so she’ll hope for good news.

Later, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will have a heated confrontation with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier), who’ll put enough clues together to suspect a bedroom betrayal.

After Summer pushes Kyle to admit he slept with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), he’ll seem concerned about having this fight in such a public setting.

Since Kyle and Summer will be at the athletic club, he’ll warn that he’s not having this conversation there.

Nevertheless, Summer will keep at it since she’ll feel like Kyle at least owes her a confession.

When Kyle is reluctant to give her one, Summer will insist it’s a yes or no question and will push him to just tell her the truth.

Based on Summer’s outrage in Y&R’s weekly preview video, it seems like she’ll know the answer is yes and will just want to hear Kyle say it.

The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that the final thread of Kyle and Summer’s marriage could snap, so stay tuned!
