The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will keep his word and watch over Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) since Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) asked him to.
Nick is busy dealing with crazy Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) drama since this baddie made sure he got arrested.
Once Nick gets out on bail, he’ll have to focus on helping Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) get their missing daughter back.
Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) kidnapping crisis will be the priority, so Sally will surely understand once she’s brought in the loop.
As for Adam, he’ll enjoy doting on Sally and the baby. Adam will even take Sally out for a meal at Society, but things will take a wrong turn when Sally experiences severe cramps and doubles over in pain.
Sally is already at risk for preeclampsia, so her OB-GYN has instructed her to lower her stress level and eat a special diet.
Unfortunately, that may not be enough to prevent preeclampsia from becoming a real threat to this baby.
There’s a good chance Sally will be forced to go on bed rest once this medical emergency plays out.
Y&R spoilers say Sally will cry in bed alone in the aftermath, but she doesn’t have to handle all this on her own.
Fortunately, other spoilers point to Sally turning to Adam for comfort, so she may eventually decide she’s done trying to be brave and summon her ex for support.
Sally may admit she’s terrified she’s going to lose this baby and that her opportunity to be a mom will get ripped away.
There was a time when Sally was too overwhelmed to truly view this pregnancy as a blessing, but now she’s come around on the idea of motherhood despite her fears.
Sally will be crushed if she doesn’t get to raise this little girl with Adam, so she may confess that as well.
Adam will do whatever he can to be there for Sally and keep hope alive for their daughter’s future, but he’ll be scared too deep down.
