The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sally’s Out-of-Town Job Offer – Victor’s Fix for Newman Brothers Rivalry?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will get a big surprise when she delivers her pitch to Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will do his best to manipulate the situation, so that should lead to some unexpected news.

In the January 23 episode, Victor will get updates on Sally’s imminent meeting and decide to call Jill. Before Jill hears Sally’s proposal, Victor will think there’s something she should know.

Of course, Jill is aware of Sally’s reputation and hasn’t been scared off by it. Could Victor really tell Jill anything that would change her opinion?

Jill just isn’t the type of woman who’d flip out over some horrible gossip and shut it all down.

We’re talking about a very confident business executive who marches to the beat of her own drum and trusts her own instincts.

Besides, it wouldn’t make much sense for Victor to sink Sally and risk Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) wrath.

If Victor turns Sally into a victim, that’s only going to make Nick want to play the hero even more.

Victor knows this by now, so he may have something else in mind here.

Instead of sabotaging Sally’s venture, he may be sabotaging her romance with Nick instead.

The best thing Victor can do is set Sally up for success far away from Genoa City.

Victor will ask Jill for an offscreen favor, so this may be about hiring Sally instead of turning her away.

Chancellor-Winters has all sorts of branches and places that could benefit from Sally’s interior design business.

Victor may push Jill to embrace Sally’s pitch wholeheartedly and put her to good use overseas.

There might even be a more formal job offer that Victor pushes for.

Victor will be determined to end the Sally-related feud between Nick and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), so he’ll do whatever he can to eliminate the problem.

Y&R fans will recall how Sally was part of Tara Locke’s (Elizabeth Leiner) plot to get rid of Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) once upon a time.

That led to Summer getting her dream job offer in Italy and leaving Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) behind.

It’d be fitting if Victor is taking a similar approach with Sally and wants her to accept a job halfway around the world.

As long as Sally is out of Nick and Adam’s orbit, that’ll be fine by Victor.

Unfortunately, there’s one missing puzzle piece that will inevitably lead to Victor’s plan failing.

Sally is pregnant, so she has to stick around to deal with all the baby drama and the paternity mystery that’s set to play out!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor’s manipulation could make things especially messy, so stay tuned to Y&R.
