The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will have a lot on her mind when she shows up at Crimson Lights. Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) is always intuitive when it comes to her customers and which ones might need a little advice along with their drink order.
That’s why Sharon will join Sally at a table during the week of February 13-17 and offer to lend an ear.
Sharon won’t want to overstep, but she’ll certainly be willing to listen and provide guidance if that’s what Sally wants.
At this point, Sally is a nervous wreck about the paternity test results, so all this waiting is taking a toll.
It’s clear that Sally’s feeling pretty lost since she’s in such scary, uncharted territory.
There’s a chance Sharon will figure out or at least suspect Sally’s pregnant secret based on some of her strange behavior and comments.
Even if she doesn’t, Sharon may assume Sally’s problems involve her Newman brother love triangle.
Sally insists she’s moved on from Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and now wants a future with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
However, this storyline has resulted in Adam being portrayed as the big bad wolf while Nick is played up as some ridiculous paragon of fatherhood and healthy relationships.
The more they try to act like Adam is a villain in all this, the less likeable Nick becomes. Adam isn’t a monster and would be a perfectly fine father to Sally’s baby.
It’s silly to act like it’ll be the end of the world if Adam turns out to be the bio dad.
Even if Sharon doesn’t get all the details, it’d be nice if she could be the one to open Sally’s eyes a bit.
Of course, Sally could start by taking the rose-colored glasses off when it comes to Nick!
Y&R writers like to act like Nick is a saint, but he’s made plenty of mistakes like Adam over the years.
Sharon is the perfect person for Sally to talk since she cares about both Newman brothers.
Although Sharon adores Nick and has a strong bond with him, she’ll always have a soft spot for Adam and their unique connection.
Sharon might remind Sally of Adam’s good qualities and give her another perspective of the kind of man he really is.
Adam is a complicated guy, but he loves fiercely and will always fight to protect those closest to him.
Maybe Sally will eventually realize her fears about Adam are rooted in something else.
Is Sally afraid she’ll open her heart to Adam again if this baby turns out to be his?
It would be easier for Sally to keep those old feelings locked away, so perhaps that’s the real reason she’s so set on Nick being the best father candidate.
Whatever the case, Sharon will have an impromptu therapy session with Sally and impart some wisdom, so let’s hope it’ll lead to some updates on Sally’s way of thinking.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally will get some news about the paternity soon, so stay tuned to see where this Y&R storyline’s headed next.
