The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will count on Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to tackle her legal crisis. Y&R fans know Sharon had good intentions when she entered the merger, but Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) behavior changed her mind about this impossible situation.
However, Sharon will do whatever she can to regain control of Kirsten Incorporated and do something worthwhile with it. This is important to Sharon, so she’ll go up against Victor in court if that’s what it takes.
Kirsten Incorporated isn’t even worth that much, which is why Victor was stripping it down to its essentials in his merger plans.
This is obviously just a case of Victor being stubborn, so maybe a top-notch attorney like Michael can indeed wiggle Sharon out of her contract and defeat Victor in court.
If Sharon indeed emerges victorious, maybe she could find someone else to partner up with.
Sally is launching a new business with Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) capital, so maybe she could turn this into a girl power venture with Sharon.
Although Sally hasn’t revealed the details of her venture yet, it’d be interesting if it meshed well with Kirsten Incorporated in some way.
It could lead to a new opportunity for Sally and Sharon to become a team.
Winning the lawsuit would give Sharon a little revenge on Victor, but actually accomplishing her goals for the company and making it thrive would be payback as well.
Sally would also like to show Victor she’s more than capable of pulling off a successful venture and that she doesn’t need the design division he yanked away.
Of course, Sharon might have some reservations about partnering up with Sally if she hires Adam, but things might be different if Adam’s working for them and not bossing everyone around.
Although Sally told Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) she was looking for an investor and not a partner, she just meant she wanted Nick to provide the money instead of butting in and calling the shots.
A partnership with Sharon would be another story entirely, so it might actually be something Sally goes for if Sharon gets control back and wants to join forces.
